Price includes workshop and all materials PLUS 2 nights accommodation (Thurs 14 and Fri 15 November 2024) PLUS all refreshments and meals ordered with or by Team Actually. Travel is not included.
Accommodation is one person per room. We encourage you to make the most of your time away and book an extra night at the hotel so that you can relax, sleep and enjoy the beautiful location.
We understand that sometimes 'stuff' happens. If for any reason you need to cancel your place on the planning workshop the following terms apply:
Cancellation before 30 January 2024 - full refund of fees paid minus a £35 admin fee
Cancellation after 30 January and before 1 September 2024 - full refund of fees paid minus £100 admin fee
Cancellation after 1 September 2024 - full refund only available in the event that your place can be filled by a paying participant from our waiting list
In the event that an act of God or another pandemic means that this retreat cannot take place in person, it will be replaced with a VIRTUAL event on the same dates. All participants will receive a 50% refund of the fees paid.
We recommend that participants ensure that they have the appropriate insurance in place as Actually cannot be held liable for any travel costs incurred by participants in the event that the workshop cannot go ahead in person.
If you are paying using a discount code, please note that if you are no longer a member of the relevant group or Mastermind at the time of the event, you will have to repay the discount given in full.
