ANNUAL PLANNING RETREAT
Dates: Arrive Thursday 10th November. Workshop takes place Friday 11th and Saturday 12th November.

Price: £1200 +VAT

Price includes workshop and all materials PLUS 2 nights accommodation (Thurs 11 and Fri 12 November 2022) PLUS all refreshments and meals (excluding alcohol). Travel is not included.
Accommodation is one person per room. We encourage you to make the most of your time away and book an extra night at the hotel so that you can relax, sleep and enjoy the beautiful Kent location. If you would like to stay on for an extra night, you will need to arrange that directly with the hotel. More information will be provided nearer the time.
We understand that sometimes 'stuff' happens. If for any reason you need to cancel your place on the planning workshop the following terms apply:

Cancellation before 30 January 2022 - full refund of fees paid minus a £35 admin fee

Cancellation after 30 January and before 1 October 2022 - full refund of fees paid minus £100 admin fee

Cancellation after 1 October 2022 - full refund only available in the event that your place can be filled by a paying participant from our waiting list
In the event that COVID restrictions are re-imposed and this retreat cannot go ahead as planned, it will be replaced with a VIRTUAL event on the same dates. All participants will receive a 50% refund of the fees paid.
We recommend that participants ensure that they have the appropriate insurance in place as Actually cannot be held liable for any travel costs incurred by participants in the event that the workshop cannot go ahead in person due to COVID restrictions.
If you are paying using a JFDI discount code, please note that if you are no longer a member of JFDI at the time of the event, you will have to repay 50% of the discount given.
